Differences between Genesis Ultimate Oix and PS1 Qix Neo??..

Just curious what the differences are-I have heard people say that Qix Neo is really just Volfied, but then I've also heard that it's high-res.

Qix Neo is based more on the arcade Volfied (though it has an arranged mode with enhanced graphics) and the Genesis version is somewhat updated with different graphics.
