I have no idea. But looking at the graphics that game might be on a C64.

I agree w/ the C64 assessment - looks kinda like a conversion of Gyruss...

that'll be Crazy Comets on the c64, nice game with a fine soundtrack, or it could be the sequel, Mega Apocalypse, but I think it's the first one. Both games are heavily inspired by Mad Planets, an old coin-op.

I thought it was C64 but didn't recognise the game itself.
