I think you should double-check the tanks. Too lazy to check the ST but aren't the tanks supposed to be 26 in total? Which gives you ~240k per bomb and thus ~2,6M per loop more.

Also...how much you're getting per bomb, on stage 5 (tanks zone again)?At least, that's in my case. If the extra pairs do add to the score, then they only appear to add base value and not bonus value.
On the arcade video, before he does his first bomb, he has 83.0mil. He bombs a total of six times, for about 1.3 to 1.4mil each time, and finishes the stage with 91.3mil.
