Basically a depth charge simulator from the looks of things. Try it.

I played this just a little while ago. Interesting game with competent low-budget visuals, but the style of game works better when things move a bit quicker (or in reverse, as in In the Hunt).

I remember playing this coin-op on a daily basis, and having a good time with it when it was new. Haven't seen/played it since though (probably another game cursed with no home ports...)
