No. Really. The arrogance of that man came accross as legendary a few months ago. Guess that's why he was demoted when Stringer came on board.

Seriously, though where's the list of 40 games?

And this new guy doesn't seem any less arrogant then Ken kiss-my-ass Kutagari-according to Immersion's CEO, Sony has had numerous opportunities to sign on with Immersion, instead of using their technology without paying them for it.

http://forum.shmups.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1409 has a list of games in it. Most of them aren't shmups (actually, I don't think any of them are shmups) and brand new games like SEGA Classics Collection aren't on it.

Well I feel better about that; Medievil 2 and Drakan the Ancient's Gates are the only two games on that list that I give a rip about.

Anyway, it's only the pads that are in infringement, not the machines, so everything's a-okay.

I imagine those games listed have code that specifically calls for two rumble motors, hence their naming in the injunction.
