Where to find Power Supply with adjustable 5V in Europe ?

Does anybody know where I could buy a good power supply for a supergun with adjustable 5V in Europe ?
All errors are intentional but mistakes could have been made.

IIRC, Matt the Modder recommended computer PSU as they give pretty stable 5V output.
Don't hold grudges. GET EVEN.

Well I bought Raiden Fighters 2 but it doesn't work with my supergun :(
As the manual states that it has to be exactly 5,0V I suspected that could be the problem.
Because of that it would be really nice if the 5V would be adjustable.
All errors are intentional but mistakes could have been made.
