Where are the retro fans when you need them?
Orange, fire-like, bullets are nice too though.
Radioactive Green would be a nice change of pace. Agreed.Rob wrote:They're like the piercing rays of the sun! Hard to miss. Especially on Strikers' muddy backgrounds.
Radioactive green would be my second choice.
Yeah, but they are real BULLETS. Sharp and pointy. With all the industrial atmosphere and the debris, white dots look so out of place. But granted, they are hard to see.Alec wrote:Any bullets that aren't like Battle Gareggas. Without the red bullet option that game is damn frustrating.

Were they the ones who invented the "spinning almonds of despair" that you saw in every 90's shmup?I like the spinny destroyable light-rainbowed narrow-pointed shots from compile games.
Yeah, I agree, sometimes when I pause the game I just marvel at all the detail they put into the bullets in the game. However I just can't stand it when I'm playing and I'm doing pretty well and then my ship just blows up from being hit by a bullet I didn't even see. Realism is cool and everything, but I don't think its a necessity in a shmup since it isn't exactly the most realistic genre (which has a lot to do with why I like them so much). Especially when it interferes with the game play.FrederikJurk wrote:Yeah, but they are real BULLETS. Sharp and pointy.
