under defeat cover for small cd case?

some one posted on here a cover and backing someone made in case someone wanted to put this game in a regualr jewel case... can anyone point me in the right direction? i can't find it now.

yakumo on ntsc-uk made a cover + spinecart.

the ftp with the ultra high dpi files seems to be offline...but you may be able to contact him through his website http://www.segagagadomain.com.

Oh, it's there... If you look on the news page, with all of the "buy this Segagagadomain Sega Direct Package" sections, there is a "mail me" link with the E-mail address. I'd post it here, but that would be rude. Spam is the worst.

Alternatively, it seems that he is registered here, and you might try sending him a PM.
