For some stupid reason i cant get RF Jet and 2 to work anymore. I have not played in a while so i got the new Mame32 111 also plus and optimized. When i tried to load it i get "please wait updating" and starts counting backward from 100 on the bottom of the screen. I got the latest DAT for RC and the roms check out and i have all bios. The same is happening to ViperPhase1. Any ideas? Thanks

Is it just those games, because that sounds like a problem with the emu right now.

Try downloading different versions of MAME until one works?

Have you tried to run the rom multiple times?
I am not sure, but I think I remember the newer Seibu games need that updatephase with the countdown. Once it reaches 0 it should automatically safe that update, then exit the game and the next time you run the rom it should work.

The SPI board needs to copy the sample banks into FLASH rom's. The same happens on a real board. Seibu even made an own music track to go along with the FLASH burning.
