Aero Fighters 2 too easy??

Just wondering...

Ive played this game for the first time yesterday on level 4 difficulty which is standard i guess and was able to read stage 6 on my first try?

I dont see myself as a genius of a shmupper and was wondering if this was a game that was easy to 1cc?

how many stages is it?

There are 10 stages, but it does loop. Pretty damn easy all around, but it has Spanky the dolphin so it's a great game.

Yea, I bought the game just because of the "story" between stages

Well, I don't know if there is a default setting on AES mode, but the default on MVS is the hardest setting, so thats what I play on. I'm pretty sure its higher than level 4.

Yeah, its a pretty easy game in the 1st loop. I still die a lot from doing foolish things and making mistakes though.

AF2 easily has the best plot and dialogue that I've ever seen in a shoot-em-up game. Its one of my personal favorites.
