Hellfire S

Post by shinsage »

Does anyone own both the Genesis and Turbo Duo Hellfires?
If so, do you guys know of any differences? I know of an opening cinema that shows the lady pilot suiting up in Hellfire S, but that's all I know.

Thanks.

Its been ages since I played it...but if I recall it was hella easier than the Megadrive one.

I get around to unpacking all of my games and play that one again. :D

One guy I know says 'the bimbos ruin it,' but your mileage might vary. From what I could see it didn't seem that bad. I should try torrenting it so I don't end up buying another Horror Story...

I got both. The PCE port features a nice Anime intro and more colors but no parallax, the weapons aren't intact (no pod) and the bosses were not converted well. The MD port is better but more difficult.

One of Toaplans most underrated games IMO. Personally I'd go for the MD version.

Thanks for the link moonblood. :D

Genesis > PCE CD always.

Better music, better gameplay, more fun.

Yeah, shame on Fighter 17. Sega 16 got that one dead right :)
