So...I picked this one up last Wednesday, and between bouts of Lumines 2, I can safely say that I'm enjoying it immensly. Gaiden especially. In a few days I'll finally finish my PSP D-Pad mod so we'll see how that changes the games for me. A few questions, though.
I know that the "Tuned" defaults are pretty damn easy, but with hit-box and difficulty set to normal, how close is the game to the arcade/console originals?
Also, I've seen posts mentioning port/emulation issues, mostly dealing with sound. These don't really concern me, but what are they, exactly?
BTW, did anyone get the Trigon reference in Level 8 of Gaiden?

A little off-topic, but for anyone interested, play-asia has some 3rd-party D-pad cover thingies in white and black. I've never used the Capcom one, but I should be expecting my set to come in soon with Pump It Up Exceed Portable, and I'll be giving Gradius Portable another try since the diagonal was a big problem on this system.

Check a few posts down here to see one member's specific complaints about it. Can't speak for myself, though, as I don't own a PSP.
