Well, I don't know how good of a deal this one is, and it's partially non-shooter, but here you go.
Radiant Silvergun (complete), Akumojo Dracula X (disc only) for $144 total
Then the best two deals I've had on shooters, was
Giga Wing and Gunbird 2 (both brand new... Had that "I'm going to break this pulling it out of the CD case" feeling) for $25
and
Border Down for ~$40

Ah, I'll get into this back from the dead thread...
I thought for a minute and nothing jumped out as a really OMG worthy good deal. Then I remembered my tate monitor. Found an ad for someone getting rid of a Sony PVM monitor - usually used for pro video field editing and whatnot. Anyway, it's a fantastic shooter monitor because it has RGB inputs and it's completely flat on the sides! Cube shaped because it's rack mountable. It's also built to take punishment, transportation, LAYING ON ITS SIDE... Even has handles
And oh my, what a beautiful display for 2D pixel art.
Anyway, I paid the guy $40 for the thing. It's totally worth more. As in hundreds more. He was moving to a new small downtown apartment and didn't want it, I was thrilled and carried my new baby by its handles for like a mile walk downtown back to my car (no nearby parking ack!).
But yeah, I love that damn monitor.
Pictures of similar monitors here, mine is a slightly different model. 14". Feels like I'm in an arcade, I can't express how much I love that monitor.

I was thinking hard about any deals I've had in recent times, but I couldn't think of any. Well, not until you (neojma) told about your monitor.
Would you believe I got a similar 14 incher for free this past summer? A hospital near me was shut down so they threw quite a bit of stuff out. I found my monitor in a black plastic bag on top of some old computers. Apparently it was used for video feed from one of those small cameras that they stick in people
Anyway, mine has no scart socket, but other than it is similar to the PVM14L2. It's an absolutely gorgeous monitor. Dead chuffed with it.

I have been looking trhrough all the G-Darius/G-Dariui -I've been trying to find one for about $10.00 for months...J-Manic wrote:I just bought my 3rd copy of G. Darius (PSone) for $5.99 at EBGames today. It's complete and in excellent condition. And I'm going back tomorrow to buy my 2nd copy of Mobile Light Force (PSone) for $3.99, which is damn near brand new.
On a lighter note I just got a good deal: 12.00 usd

Some of the best shmups don't actually end in a vowel.
No, this game is not Space Invaders.
