FM Towns computer/Marty console. I need a copy, so back off! You might be able to find a torrent that works with the FM Towns emulator; I'll have to ask Bloodreign if he found it.

Great game, too - one of my favorites in the genre, period, although it's anybody's guess when I'll be able to consistently one-life the first boss. Incidentally, the main series composer did not do the score for Truxton II; that was a different person although it seems pretty fitting for a Toaplan game.

I think something went slightly wrong with the soundtrack with this game, mostly on the first stage tune - most Toaplan soundtracks start the first stage with a driving bassline and strong melody which really get you into the game, especially Hellfire, Outzone, Vimana, Tatsujin and Twin Cobra. Tatsujin Oh starts with a really limp piece which to me is rather a turn off. There's some nice exotic sounding tunage later on though.

Goddamn, where's my Toaplan 'legends' pack. It isn't like they made 5 million games. A little money and some fluency in the Japanese language could certainly make something like this happen.

Don't I wish. I'm a HUGE fan too. I've been very slowly buying up every game they made for the arcade....I'm a bit over 1/3 there I think. It's a bitch to find em too.... *sigh*
