I just picked up GBA Strike Force Hydra today at GameForce, and, while it isn't ground breaking, it is a good fdeal of fun for being so cheap! I do like the weapons and the graphics. One thing that does confuse me is that your score is supposed to be shown on the bottom of the screen, but I don't see a score anywhere, just a smaller number.
At any rate, a solid buy if you can get it for that cheap!
Not bad for $8.00 brand new!...
