I just recently score a classic arcade shmup PCB by the name of Ajax circa 1987 from Konami. It is the original Japanese Bios version. Sure, I've played the USA Bios version of Ajax at a local arcade back in 1987-1990. I'm pleasantly surprised at how Konami was able to incorporate such smooth hardware-based scaling & rotational effects into this Ajax shmup game since it's a 1987 released arcade PCB (and all in silky smooth 60 frames-per-second framerate -- this is before the Super Nintendo era, folks...and all that "Mode 7" effects circa 1991.)
What I am asking is I'd like the dip switch settings for the Konami's Ajax PCB "pretty please with a cherry on top". ^_~
Also, I noticed that this particular Ajax PCB has both stereo & mono sound outputs...at which ouput plug do I hook up a pair of stereo speakers?
I've noticed that a few of Konami's other arcade shmup PCB titles like: Gyruss and Lifeforce support stereo sound...pretty impressive for such early arcade shmup titles if you ask me. ^_~
Auto-fire on this particular Ajax really doesn't seem to help much...unless a "555" chip with a variable pot to adjust the auto-fire rate to acceptable levels on continous fire.
Thanks in advance...

If you think the "Mode-7" era began with the SNES, I urge you to check out Namco's games such as Ordyne, Dragon Saber, and Assault. The last one is especially impressive.
