May i ask..which is harder to find/worth more, the 2 disc LE or standard edition, if anyone can reply quick i would be grateful and i'm looking to buy one and want to make the right choice, Thank you.

AFAIK, if you're talking about the Saturn release, the only release it got was the 2-disc edition, which included the fan disc. If it was ever released without it, I've never heard of it.

well, may i ask...this one has a white cover/inlay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... %3AIT&rd=1 and all the others i've seen are blue, is there a difference, Thank you.

You mean the instruction booklet cover? That's always white AFAIK, the actual cover is blue. Compare with the photos in this auction: as far as I can tell they're the same, and again, to the best of my knowledge that's the only "edition" that the Saturn release got.
