This is the rare Debris vertical screen oriented shmup title for the Vectrex that was produced by an independent software company, Revival Studios. I recall that only 40 actual cartridges of Debris were ever produced. It's for sale on eBay right now and has only 9 hours to go. Go check it out right now...

Nobody has written a shmup review of this rare Debris shmup game for the Vectrex. The only other Vectrex shmup game title that I recall is Scramble (which was done in-house at GCE {General Consumer Electronics} in San Jose, California back in 1982) that was based on the original Konami arcade game of the same name and was distributed by Stern for the USA arcades back in 1981.
BTW, this isn't my eBay auction but is regarded as shmup related information to be posted here on Shmups.org.system11 site..... ^_~
-- Cinematronics' full-size arcade upright of Vectrex's Cosmic Chasm shown at '04 & '05 CAX shows... --
GCE released the game of Cosmic Chasm for the Vectrex back in 1982 and gave Cinematronics the license to produce and manufacture the arcade game cabinet version of "Cosmic Chasm" that was presented with full-color vector-based graphics in 1983. I got the opportunity to try it out at the 2004 and 2005 California Extreme shows-- it was available just for one day of showing and is considered a very rare vector-based arcade game. I didn't even know that such an arcade game version of "Cosmic Chasm" existed until it's mysterious debut appearance at the CAX shows. WTF?! ^_~
