Best Shmups not in Shmups

Over the history of gaming many non-shmup games have included shmup level's like Viewtiful joe, Rochet Knight Adventures or Hagane. So I thought I'd start a topic on the subject, so I was curios what everyone's picks for best Shmup level's in non shmup games would be? I alway's liked the shmup level's in the Batman & Robin game for genesis and the Gradius style level's in RKA.

We could also turn the question around in ask what are some good non-shmup level's in shmups?
