Cool accessory for Cave's Dangun Feveron PCB @ Target...

Post by PC Engine Fan X! »

I was at my local Target store (a department store chain based in the USA for our international shmuppers) the other day and browsing around at the temporary "promotional" merchandise aisle (usually located at the front part of the store when you first walk in). All the silly and crazy knick-knacks that one can buy for a buck...a mini spinning mirror ball for a mere dollar caught my eye.

I thought, "This would be cool to compliment my Cave produced Dangun Feveron PCB with it's crazy 1970's disco music BGM tunes". It's self-powered by three 'AA' batteries and spins kinda fast...tried it in a darkened room with a very-high powered beam flashlight -- the end result was groovy "far-out" trippyness. ^_~

So when ever I get the itch for some Dangun Feveron shmupping, the mini disco ball sits atop the gaming monitor for some disco ball-spinning. Very cool little touch for a crazy '70s stylized arcade shmup PCB. ^_~

"Shake that sexy ass of yours, ya sexy thang!" ^_~

I used to work at target, third shift with unloading and stocking products, came close to being management except I didn't like babysitting adults. It really sucked. Now I just drink my nights away, what an improvement. Wonder if my discount still works that disco ball sounds neat.

For a minute there I thought you were gonna say Target sells PCBs...woah...that'd be weird.

Target selling PCB's would be awesome.

Do they have lay away?

Perhaps in an alternate universe, Target does sell arcade PCBs (with lay-away payment option included)...but the one we currently live in right now doesn't. Then it would be just a quick drive to my local Target store to pick a minty fresh brand new arcade PCB kit or two at reasonable prices (and no insane "sticker price shock" either). ^_~
