If anyone has ideas for a Tourny badge for their team, and they don't have the time or software to do it, I could try making them for you. Just post your ideas here or PM them to me and I'll be happy to give them a whirl.

And thanks Super Laydock.

Hee hee, very nice. I might still toss up one or two of my own though, once I have the chance to have a whack at it.

Further update - Edge please move freddiebamboo up to UK Team 1 and put msm in Team 2.
This should now balance.

@Rob: Heh heh, I do still have that old image someplace. Maybe you should use it as your team's logo. ;)

Our logo has to be classy - that's why I'm asking for Zigfried to do it. Steam Hearts please.

Yay, thanx for the personalized logo, The Coop. :D

I even changed my Avatar from Knife Edge of Zanac Neo to the Solvalou of Xevious, to be more in-theme with our team :)

Nah, considering how infamous it became last Top 25 vote, it has to be Divine Sealing.

Very nice. The other options is to somehow incorporate:
A moose, Spam (the slaughter house leftovers, not unwanted mail) and a maple leaf. Other options for spam would be a pineapple, or a gram of ice.

Edge, I just wanted to say that you're doing a great job at making sense out of all this and arranging what is going to be literally a blast.

I like your selection for the weeks and I agree with the general opinion that we should play more "obscure" games that aren't so practiced by people. In the same breath though it's nice to give the leet boys a chance to shine so maybe stick in something for them just so they can show off a bit!

Also I don't mind which UK team I am in, move me around to fit as required.

Cheers

Lee

This competition is now featured in my shmup blog! Too bad next to noone reads it. XD

(at least, I don't think I have many readers at all - if I wouldn't announce every update I make in #shrinemaiden, I doubt I'd have any at all)
My 1CCs so I can find the list easier myself

Rob, your logos are both better than mine would ever be! My logo expertise stops at "slap pixellated images of anime video game characters onto a black background", that's why I always depended on Big Nick Evil for those kinds of things.

It's amazing to see how fast this thread moves... I think I'll just sit back and let everyone else pick the games and then I'll pray that I can play them! I like the idea of selecting games with actual scoring systems beyond "beat the game for 5 bajillion points".

Rob is no doubt the powerhouse of our team. I'll still give it a whirl though.

I'm sure we'll all be pretty equal. Hopefully we can still get DarkWolf7, too. He's really good at older shooters (which would seem to be even more advantageous at this point) as well as Raizing games if I'm remembering correctly.

That would be nice -- DarkWolf is a right friendly chap.

GaijinPunch, pleased to make your acquaintance. I've admired you from afar for a long, long time. Or, to put it in less creepy terms, I dig your site. It has helped me find many new ways to waste money!
