Best bomb animation?

One thing I really enjoy is a good bomb. You know, one that really feels like you’re bringing out the big guns for a high stakes moment. A visceral face melting type of bomb. One of the best examples I’ve seen is Giga Wing, every character has a screen filling behemoth of a bomb. What are some other good ones?

The one that the raiden mk-II ship drops in raiden fighters.
The sound design and the explosion animation is really nice. Feels like you really were dropping a huge bomb!

I was going to answer with, "The real question is simply which Tatsujin game has the best bomb?" Do you like your giant skulls covered in blue energy or flames? After that, nothing else compares.

I am fond of the huge deltatry beam. The original being one of the bombs from trigon, but you can also spot this bad boy in gaiapolis, i think (or was it just the salamander bomb?) in addition to the gradius gaiden boss itself using it. There are also knockoffs of it in a bunch of places, like rendering ranger r2's laser bomb.

Surely Crimzon Clover lol. Bomba here is ultimate screen wipe and the sound fx are fk cool too!!!~

Batsugun bomba also looks quite serious business... especially if you play Batsugun Special where your bomba default now becomes the crazy powerful two-player bomba from Batsugun Normal lol.
