Saka-Doh: The Reversal Arts (Kenji Kaido + Nakayama-Raiden + M-KAI + Kentaro Matsumura + Hiroshi Makabe)

Post by FunktionJCB »

A team of veteran developers from TAITO, ZUNTATA, and more, just announced a new game, Saka-Doh: The Reversal Arts, which will be released on Steam this winter.
The game has a very odd premise, since you are a martial arts fighter, fighting enemies, while hanging upside down a helicopter.

Love the weirdness of this and how it looks like a classic Taito game. The zaniness is reminiscent of Pu Li Ru La or the likes, including the combo of digitized and pixeled stuff. Really curious to see what the gameplay will be like, the concept is certainly intriguing!

The game is out now on Steam.

Sadly, for some reason I can't play it (all I get is a black screen; I don't remember the last time I had a problem launching a PC game).

If anyone ends up buying it, do let me know if it works for you or not.
I see someone reviewed the game on a Steam Deck, so at least there, it seems to work.
