They're a small print run kind of specialty product, you have to wait a few years for another batch to be made. If you subscribe to the topic (click the little dropdown arrow beside the wrench at the top left of the post) you should get notified when they post about the next batch. There's other products elsewhere on the market, but none with as convenient or robust configuration features I'm aware of. If you want a simpler option until RECOs are available again, you can go to an electronics store and make your own passive autofire circuit, not as fancy or configurable but gets the job done: https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/w/Passive_Autofire
