It's supposed to adjust the picture in RGBs no fuss! What do yall think? Does it look like quality or not?

This looks like the 'TimeHarvest shifter', some people, including me, had some issues with it on consumer sets (old thread with discussion here). Main issue was the vertical position 'jiggling' sporadically, you can see one of the reviews mention it too. You can disable/lock that VPOS and just use the HPOS but then the vertical position defaults to something that is lower than if the shifter wasn't in the chain, at least it does in my case. I think the other issue to be noted is it doesn't like 50hz and 480i.

Not everybody had the 'jiggle' issue mind so you might be fine, seems dependent on TV.
