Sony KV-2093R 1987. verticle collapse? need help

Got a Sony Trinitron KV-2093R.

It had a very soft picture, some yellow lines going horizontal, and generally not good.

Opened the unit and cap juice was crusted on everything. Removed all capacitors and replaced as well as cleaned the board.
1. Triple checked all my resistor values, solders, polarity, and placement.
2. Checked all solders old and new with 5x magnifying, high voltage solders got all solder removed and fresh solder applied.

Upon completion the screen turns on and will not turnnoff without unplugging. On power up a blue rasterish line fills the screen and then collapses into one clean blue line in center of tube.

It's not vertical collapse. I removed the chip that had an axial leaded capacitor that leaked on it off. Removed the chip and cleaned it. I now have blue raster full screen and can turn off and on.

What else should i check?
