This score was achieved in 2017. I don't have a video or even a screenshot anymore. But it was written down somewhere. You can take it or leave it.

This should have been posted a long time ago. I was frustrated and didn't want to look at anything STG related. It was an immature and unsportsmanlike thing to do and I apologize for that. I promise if the same scenario played out today this would not have happened.

I will not be getting back into STGs. This is something I've moved on from and have different things I feel fortunate to be working on.

I will disappear again now.

Finally a decent PB.
Got a 35.054.900 first loop, got the capacity bonus in 2-2 then died early in 2-3.
Pretty bad 2-5 (so no Phantom chain) but managed to clear with no ressources left.

I'll keep playing this game for quite a while.

2-3 capacity but a bomb in 2-2
2 deaths in 2-4 (red planes then very stupid death on the boss)
stupid death early in 2-5
it was looking to be another 55m or a very short PB
but phantom came to the rescue (249 hits, almost 8m)
Clear with 1 remaining extend.

Not really such a big jump considering I went from 35 to 56m before.
Also technically I routed the game for a way higher score, but this is not how this game works at all in practice.
I am not getting a 42m first loop, into a 2-4 capacity bonus, with magnum and phantom anytime soon.
Only time will tell.

New PB (didn't post my 74.6m run from 5 months ago).
Didn't get the full 325 hits Magnum this time but very clean first loop overall.
A few jumpscares in 2-2 and 2-3, and 2 panick bombs on the 2-3 boss.
Leading to a planned death in 2-4 because 2-4 cpacity was no longer an option.
Very good 2-5, that could have been fantastic if I didn't mess up the end of the phantom chain, but nerves got in the way.
Still very happy!

Extremely well deserved record! That replay is absolutely beautiful. It's scary to see how absolutely free 80 million seems to be for you. Can't wait for your return to this game (I have open business myself with it...one day...).
