Looking for a childhood game

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find a childhood game I used to play. It's a brick-breaking or puzzle game with a prison theme. The score menu was set in a dark room with cages, and there were balloons at the end of the levels. I played it on Windows XP around 2003-2004, and I would love any information or leads to help me track it down.
