Someone with a better grasp of Japanese should be able to give more details, but the way I understand it he talks about a project he mentioned in the FAQ for this "Enhanced" version. In the FAQ he talks about a project from over 17 years ago to make a second game that never came to fruition. To me it doesn't sound like there's actually any confirmation of a new game.

Yeah, Strum, you might want to change the thread title, that from what I read (and yes, I know Google Translate is not 100% accurate), its not really an announcement (if it was, then gaming news sites like Gematsu would have reported it), its more, like what Jucksalbe said, a project for a proposed sequel that didn't get off the ground and showing some concepts from it. (Along with some stuff mentioned here and there along with discussion from the old crew like Hiruned and GRA.)

One with 2 different logo designs, and a screenshot from a test build with a proposed quarter-angle view which did not work out and "GRA" wasn't happy with it, and that it would cause issues with the anchor system.

Either way, they might consider to add these parts to the newly printed visual fan book for the campaign backers, but nothing's official yet. Especially with this line at the end...

"We are still considering whether to include it in the visual fan book, since it has little to do with Enhanced and the original author's intention. In any case, I don't think we will continue to develop this type of thing."

Which I'm to assume its just to possibly put them in possibly in the fan book if its decided to be so, just for information purposes, and that a sequel isn't in the books anytime soon, if not ever. Well, unless otherwise, and things change a bit differently. But right now, its just a pipe dream.
