Darius Gaiden + Layer Section on Saturn Question

Do these games run at the correct speed?
I heard somewhere that Gaiden ran a bit fast on Saturn. However, maybe that was do to less slowdown?
However, I know that games like the DonPachis don't run at the correct speed on console, so I was wondering.

If Mame figures are right (and seems so), F3 games on the SAT are 1.4% faster due to refresh rate, which, unlike the Pachis, is unnoticeable unless you know the game better than the coder himself. Pretty sure slowdowns aren't perfectly replicated, specially on Gaiden, which has other well-known inaccuracies.
