Re: Cho Aniki Collection
Indeed, lol...
Also, awaiting the manly BIL post of awesome, lol.
Either way, didn't think Cho Aniki would even have a collection the modern era, but here we are, lol. Doubtful if we'll get all of the games in the series so far. But who's to say, lol.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
Seems it's only gonna be the first two PCE games based on what I can gauge from Google Translate.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
Yeah, that's hardly even a collection, I doubt all of the games in the series so far would even fit in one cart or disk. Just only the first 2 games is embarrassing. The companies involved in this release could have just easily find ways to make the other games playable somehow.

It's not the size that counts!
No, wait, it absolutely is in this case.
We are getting dicked.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
I don't see it as a major issue, maybe they'll push a part 2 after. Still, underwhelming.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
We got 3 volumes of Valis games. I'm sure they're following that same model.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
Stretching a collection out into as many 'volumes' as possible is par for the course these days. Although I'll lay off the stretching jokes since this doesn't include the ps1/saturn game.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
Only one I've played is the one that got released on the EU Wii VC - Ai Cho Aniki. Enjoyable enough though the boss deaths are a bit of a let down - you very quickly move onto the next level with no proper end of level sequence.
Pity the PS1 and Saturn games aren't included - I presume they are the stars of the show from what footage I've seen of them.

Re: Cho Aniki Collection
getting an error when trying to preorder it through amazon.jp stating
"We're sorry. This item has limited purchase quantity. We have changed your purchase quantity to the maximum allowable."
I'm only trying to buy one copy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
edit: looks like it somehow still went through even though I couldn't "complete purchase".
