So I came accross this git https://github.com/tdaede/td-crt/tree/m ... d-rgbinput
And I'm wondering if this could be used to amplify a video game console rgb output and connect it to a CRT TV neckboard.
Could this be used as a rgb amplifier?

That's the guy who wanted to build (or is in the process of developing) an open-source CRT chassis.

I'm well aware of that project. Thing is that I need to know if that part I've specified could be used as a stand alone rgb amp.

Okay, but wouldn't that be a question best directed at the dev himself? That's why I assumed you did not know about the project.
Re: Could this be used as a rgb amplifier?
Precisely define "stand alone." If you mean, "can it be used with zero circuit integration as a discrete device, then I would say the answer is "no."Thing is that I need to know if that part I've specified could be used as a stand alone rgb amp.
If you want to know more, you should download the gerber files and open it up in KiCad or Eagle and look at what stage it's in. I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that if that sounds beyond you, then you're probably not going to get much out the project.

Yep, discrete device.
