Sony PVM M20M4 horizontal jitter

Hi,
Does anyone know what part of the circuit would cause a horizontal wobble on a M20M4E as shown on the ‘Status’ text in the menu image.

It doesn’t do it all the time but occasionally at the upper or lower portion of the screen before settling back to a stable image. I assume it’s a cap issue?

Is it worse when first switched on, or always there?

It only does it sometimes after being on for 20mins or so
