Does anyone knows if there's any differences between Gradius 2 and Vulcan Venture ?

Name changes:

Ripper Laser to Pulse Laser
Option to Multiple

And Gradius II doesn't allow you to continue while VV does.

But in the console ports(PS/SS/PSP), the continue feature was added for GII.
