Nice Flash shooter: Gamma Bros.

This is a somewhat slower paced (at first, it can get pretty intense later on, but entertaining 4-directional shooter done in Flash. The graphics are done in the minimalist pixel style that seems to be popular for Flash games these days, and actually work perfectly for the game. It's not a particularly difficult (or long, 3 stages total) game, but very enjoyable.

Charming little pixelbeauty :D
The startup-screen is like little computer people in space and the gameplay itself feels a little bit like gradius meets robotron.
Nice find, thanks!

Very nice pixel art. If they allowed diagonal movement I think I'd like it more (being more like Robotron). :D

this game is a fucking masterclass in how to make retro games. It is to old school arcade games what Cave Story is to old school platformers

Sorry, I had to bump this thread to say, great game!

I got up to a sort of "mini-boss" with three ships that fire lasers.

It just gets more impressive the further you go!

The intro to this game is awesome, but I guess it would be annoying watching every time you played it.

Good game, I don't think it's anothe Cave Story though.

if you are looking for a more manic experience, go into the options menu at the start up screen and crank the difficulty up.

Fun little game. I love the intricate little animations on the characters in the intro and the reflections of their ships in the station windows. Will a sidewinder pad work with this? Also, playing the online version may run smoother for some.

edit: And just an FYI, I tried this on my PSP. Wouldn't run, "not enough memory." :( Homestarrunner barely works on the PSP as well, why'd they even bother adding flash if most apps require more memory than the machine has?

Awesome to the max.

I only passed through level 2 with 855350, but I'll prolly come back for more.

Addictive little game with a simple but effective gameplay concept.
