How do I run Ray Crisis in MAME?

How do I run Ray Crisis in MAME?

HAVE MAME 0.256, All the bios files, a working rom and all chd files, everything works besides GNET Games? It will come up and ask me to pick between two bios files, both take me to color bars briefly and then a black screen, my fans ramp up - and then then mame closes, Everything else seems to work so I am apt to think I am overlooking/missing something small, if someone has advice id be super grateful!! :)

just play the ps1 rom with duckstation
