There are superplays on the game disc, if you explore the options menu a bit. Dunno if they're better or worse than this guy though.

Ah yes, I was the one that hosted this on YouSendIt and posted this link on gamefaqs.com's sparsely populated Border Down forum. I have a whole series of replays, consisting of some player going through the R-Y-GYR-YR-YR-YR (6D) progression, ending with 313.8 million.

While YouSendIt is quite fast, it's only supposed to be a e-mail attachment service, and not a general file distributor -- it only lets 25 people download it before deleting the file. With gamefaqs' Border Down forum consisting of 3 people or so, I figured I might as well send them the replays I had. Now that the link is here, in shmups.com's forum of all places, those 25 downloads get used up in a snap...
