Help to get slg3000 working on DVI-I

Hi, I tried to put slg3000 scanline generator in this configuration:
PC (working with amd crt emudriver) with video card outputting in DVI-I -> simple DVI-I to Vga adapter -> slg3000 -> simple vga to DVI-I adapter -> DVI-I cable outputting in RGBS -> broadcast monitor in 640x480p This setup doesn't work, and the slg3000 won't turn on.
Any advice?

That's my fault, it's works.

So with a configuration like the one above the SLG3000 works, but the light doesn't come on when it's on, furthermore I attacked it backwards.

Maybe I'll post some photos with it used and without.
