Ohhh ok! I’ll test it connected. Maybe that’s my issue. So when I used the same point as a reference, with the cable connected to the main board, I got lower voltages.
Maybe my post was a little confusing.

Ok, so I’m getting 14V with a load. Spec is 16 +/- 1V, so 1-2V below that.
Out of curiosity what was your load voltage after you got it working?
