Triforce arcade games on a real GameCube
Triforce arcade games on a real GameCube
Is it possible to run Triforce arcade games (Mario Kart GP, F-Zero AX, etc.) on a real GameCube without slowdown?

Is it possible with slowdown? I'm confused by the specificity.

Can these even be run through MAME or equivalent? This is mad interesting!

You want Nintendont on the Wii.
PS1 Disc-Based Game ID BIOS patch for MemCard Pro and SD2PSX automatic VMC switching.

Re: Triforce arcade games on a real GameCube
This thread piqued my interest, and I did some quick googling.
Sounds like a lot of people have played F-Zero AX on Wii via Nintendon't
But more recently, in the past year, there's been some work done on the Triforce branch of Dolphin, so you can play it on PC as well.
I wonder how well it works with stuff like a 3rd party steering wheel and pedals

I also found a version that is meant to work on the WiiU, haven't tried it yet though.

F-Zero AX Triforce version does not work properly on Wii, so most will use a patched version of the Gamecube F-Zero GX which starts in AX mode.BazookaBen wrote: ↑Tue Aug 29, 2023 9:57 am This thread piqued my interest, and I did some quick googling.

Does not look as flashy but still close to the same game.
Both Mario Kart GP 1+2 work well via Nintendont but with obvious limitations like no card reader and single player only.
