My PVM broke (hope not)

I'm trying to determine if this thing is salvageable. I don't really have a CRT mechanic in town and don't plan on sending it anywhere but the garbage if I can determine it's out. I do not plan on opening it either. If the thing can be saved through menus or connections I will take necessary steps to do so.

This happened when I swapped my female scart to bnc cables connected via switcher for the same scart2bnc but with the sync stripper. When I switched back I got distorted purples and greens. First time I even turned the TV on in 4 days.

Yes I tried plugging it in raw but it gigaphailed.

That said it's only showing bad colors on the RGB portion. Composite video seems to be fine. Powered on my SNES with my Power Rangers game and the colors were normal.

What haven't I done that could potentially fix this?

It looks like the color channels on the RGB cables are swapped. Have you tried plugging the individual color cables into opposite jacks (for example: R -> B) to see if that's the problem?
