You could upload his .brd file from his github. I have purchase that board on oshpark before and it's in my project filiing. I just download the file from my account on oshpark and it turns out it's just the .brd file. I believe he never uploaded the gerber file on oshpark in the first place. I uploaded the file back to account and the system accept it.
