EXtron RGB problem

Hey, this Extron RGB 201 Rxi has been acting up, missing are colors green and red, it only displays a blue tinted screen, ran a continuity test on the BNC to VGA cable for continuity on all of its pins and they all checked OK??? does this happened to someone else? or could it be a problem with the Extron unit itslef??

Yes it was working, I had it installed on my Groovymame setup, the RGB output was connected to a VGA to component transcoder > CRT TV.
