Oh, this is great! How do you "harvest" from Saturn discs?

Edit: Found out myself, turns out some Saturn games have bmp files right there on the disc, no encryption or anything. Neat!

I'm sorry I worded it like that, I meant I got them from the PS2 games, not directly from the disc as files. My bad!

I popped the games into my PC, fired them up through PCSX2 and went into the gallery sections. There I zoomed in to 100%, took screenshots of the different areas of the artwork and then stitched it together.
