Identify this joystick [Sanwa?]

Can anyone identify this stick I found in my box of parts (image links below). The plastic plate and dust cover have Sanwa markings, but I don't know if it's genuine...

Looks like the ultimarc jlw variant (j-stick), possibly an early version. Doesnt match what's currently available from ultimarc which is a true jlw. Or possibly just missing the mounting plate.

Not sure about the top plate, the main guts looks like a JLW, they normally come with a metal plate.

I have a couple of the ultimarc j-sticks in my mame cab. Will try to get a picture for you. Looks like the mounting plate is just missing. The universal plate that paradise sells should work.
