I want to make a converter box that converts 15kHz RGB, 31kHz(VGA), and Component to RGB and Component and i want to add Csync and HVSync as sync signals.
The one thing I not know is, how to get HVSync out of CSync. For example my RGB modded N64 only outputs csync as a sync signal. Is it possible to pass the TTL Csync signal through a LMH1981 to get HVSync?

Re: HSync and VSync out of CSync
I've used the ISL59885 in my own projects. It works fine, though I find it's more noise-sensitive than the classic LM1881, so if you want to feed it composite video you'll need an LPF to attenuate the chroma or else you can end up with spurious H-sync pulses. Unnecessary if you're only using luma or plain sync, of course.

The classic LM1881, however, unfortunately does not produce h-sync output.

Re: HSync and VSync out of CSync
I had problems with an LM1881 with multisync purposes. I used an LMH1980 and it works flawlessly. It gives you everything you need.
