Been quite a while since I played this, but I was never any good at the chaining on any difficulty. Have the PC version now so gonna mess around with it. I think this was worse survival than my previous PB but better chaining, not that I'm ever going to be good at that.

Also need to look into how many times each of the bosses cycle through their patterns so that I know how long I can milk. Also those Wonderwitches just don't seem consistent in where they appear, so you can easily run out of time to reveal, then they usually run away right when you're about to grab them, and I don't even remember where most of them are

Didn't get some of the wonderwitches. Also didn't bother milking the last boss any and just went for the kill so I could keep the no miss.


Going to work on Advanced Normal now. I should have cleared it already, but I'm making so many dumb mistakes.

I'm very proud of my progression in this game and had a ton of fun playing it. These are my scores after 10 hours of Original Easy. I like seeing my first run, dying in area 16 with only 2.2 million, to nearly no missing the whole game mode. There are two silly deaths, in my PB, at the final boss which irk me only slightly

Normal is the next challenge, wish me luck!

I was trying to get the Original Hard clear (the best mode IMO) but I just kept playing more aggressive and risky, improving my PB, and ended up in restart hell. So I'm moving on for now. Still a fantastic game with a great scoring system, but I don't want to burn out. I'll come back at some point!
