gscartsw and the second out put

I am the happy owner about gscartw, I would like knwo how to run the second output exactly. Always simultaneous output support ? or can I use only the second for the other device, other word is output detect the device powered for the send the signal to the right screen?

Gscartsw only supports 1 input at a time and will only send the same output to both Scart outputs. Gscartsw is considered a 8x2 switch. You'd need a matrix switch in order to simultaneously assign multiple consoles to multiple monitors. Moving to an Extron Crosspoint setup is usually how one goes about this, but there are some Scart matrix switchers like this one;
