The Gameworks in Seattle has two of them (or did last time I was there, although it was some time ago.) I'd have to imagine there's more than 3 out there though.

I've seen it in Vegas at Caesar's Palace, as well as at the "Family Arcade" near the Greek Theatre here in L.A. Between the steering wheel and the insane amount of cabinet movement, I couldn't play it at ALL.

I can say with almost complete certainty that there isn't one in Indianapolis or Chicago. I can with slightly less certainty that there isn't one in the midwest at all.

For having all those AX only unlockables on GX, they certaintly didn't make enough American AX machines.

Arcade Infinity (in LA) had one like two years ago. Not sure about now (or if they are even still in business).

The place has been closed for a couple of years or so now, but there was one at a Metairie, LA Celebration Station. I wasn't able to test out the GameCube memory card slot though since I didn't have the game at the time.

I think the Cyberstation or Gameworks here in Phoenix had one. But it's been more than a year since I stepped there.

I believe there's still a 2P cab at Circus Circus in Vegas, and a 1P setup at The Luxor.
