A19 Victory Pose is my fav of the bunch. They are good, but some parts are a bit repeative. I just think that many folks just arn't interested in new shmup games here.
Some of the best shmups don't actually end in a vowel.
No, this game is not Space Invaders.

Plan and execution

Post by Lupin »

2YE - Desent into cavern - plant the bomb
EFERD - Heavy roll
CWV - Clay Whale Vasectomy The mp3 encoder made a slow encode on this one. It didn't sound too bad slow. CWV - Clay Whale Vasectomy @ full speed
FLOTASTC - The best made plans
SNOTPNCL - Finance student loans with drug money
IJIJ - We were only children...
GRIDCODE slow encode GRIDCODE @ full speed
CLARRS

Most or all of the songs on this page are from the 90s. I decided to share them instead of just having them sit on CDs. This will probably be the last update of this thread.

Don`t be so hectic! I am just downloading some. So far it sounds a bit dissonant at times, but not bad... Experimental minimal electro or something. Did you make them with a tracking software? I do some stuff myself in Fasttracker 2 but nothing with ambition, whenever I feel like it.

You named the songs just like I name my folders. A quick hack on the keyboard.

So far I like A19 victory pose too. Its the most consistent of them. Reminds me of mid-90ies Genesis games.

Hectic as in lots of files, or..?

Yea impulse tracker was mostly used.

Yea several of the songs' names are random letters. Some of the letters have meanings. Some of them are alphabetical by month, where maybe each song in one month would have the same starting letters and each day's song or next song would have alphabeticaly ordered ending letters.

Also thanks guys for the replies.

Trackers rule. I can`t stand this whole Cubase-Logic etc. stuff. Trackers are so nicely straightforward. Well actually they are more complicated but once you get the hang of them they are very mighty tools. 8)
